Occupancy Detector The Photo Resistor Occupancy Detector circuit is designed to automatically turn on a red light when a block of track is occupied and turn on a green light when it is clear. The Occupancy Detector has 2 photo resistors that can be setup under the track to monitor for trains. When
a train covers a photo resistor the occuapancy light turns on. The light will stay red until the the the train clears the block. This controller will work most lamp style signal lights.
Because the TMI Photo Resistor Occupancy Detector circuit measures approximately 1.5 inches by 2.5 inches it is small enough to be mounted under any building.
The TMI Photo Resistor Occupancy Detector circuit is designed to run off standard 14V to 20V AC accessory feed from your power pack. The TMI Photo Resistor Crossbuck Controller is a complete circuit board, soldering is required only to extend the leads of the photo resistors.
We have seen similar products for as much as $45 elsewhere. Our Photo Resistor Occupancy Detector is $24.95 plus shipping and handling.
NOTE: This circuit does not include the signals, cars, buildings or figure.
